3.Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from our own store in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. We provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options for you.
4.Can I expedite my shipping?
Your order(s) will be shipped out 24 hours upon received the order(s). That is the fastest process time that we offer. In the case of you place the order at night (cut off 12 AM midnight), we still can ship it in the next morning.
5.Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside Malaysia.
6.How can I pay for my order?
Dikucikuci currently accepts credit card, debit card and online banking via senangPay. You do not have to worry because we guarantee the safety of your details when using our payment gateway. In the case of the above does not available, please reach to our customer service via Whataspp (click the Whatsapp icon in the homepage) to proceed with the manual bank transfer.
7.How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please expect some delays due to the uncertainties caused by Covid19 situation.

16.How do I take care of the fabric?
We do strongly encourage our customer to only hand-wash all clothes from Dikucikuci to maintain the quality of the fabric and colors. Please use the suitable detergent for baby clothes as the detergent level is low compared to normal detergents for adult clothes.
